New Year’s is a time when most people are focused on finding areas of life they want to improve in the coming year. The good news is you don’t have to wait until January 1st to begin making changes. Your New Year can start whenever you want to.
First, think about why you want to reach this goal. Make sure it’s a reason that really carries some weight. For example, many people have the goal to lose weight but that on it’s own doesn’t have much of an impact. If weight loss is a goal ask yourself why?
