How To Go Paleo In 4 Weeks
For some, going paleo all at once feels overwhelming. This week I’m sharing how I typically help people gradually go paleo. Over the course of 4 weeks I encourage you to add more of the good stuff as you slowly remove the non paleo foods. You can read the post here. I’ll post the 4 week calendar below if you want to print it for reference.
