Meal Planning & Prep Workbook
Plan your weekly menu, learn which foods make great leftovers, and get my shopping list to help you create your own.

I’ll be honest, in the beginning it does take a bit of mental effort to consistently make different choices. Why? Your current diet essentially runs on autopilot. You’ve grown up with certain dishes, you’ve learned what’s easy, and you buy the same things over and over because it’s easy.

The shopping list at the end tells you whether a food is autoimmune paleo (AIP), keto, paleo, or primal. These designations merely serve as a guide. At the end of the day your goal should be discovering what works for you, your goals, and your current set of health circumstances.
